About John
For over 35 years, John Davi has bought, sold, or helped others in real estate transactions. Since 2002, John has been a Realtor and Corporate Trainer for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services specializing in Residential, Estate/Trust/Probate, Land, Investment, and Short Sale properties in Northern California.
In January of 2010, John was appointed the Director of Estate Trust and Probate Services Division for Berkshire Hathaway’s 45 Nor Cal offices, working with Banks, Attorneys, Private Fiduciaries, and Court appointed representatives to help liquidate real estate assets.
Mr. Davi has his State of California Real Estate license and has recently completed a Graduate Studies Program in Business and Real Estate at St Mary’s College in Moraga, California. He also holds a B.S. degree from Armstrong University -Berkeley in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Resources.
As a frequent speaker at seminars, to groups of up to 50 people, John focuses his presentations on the need to develop a home buying and/or selling plan, understanding contracts and disclosures, negotiating protocols, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Short Sales/REO, and Trust/Probate properties along with today’s market trends.
Mr. Davi is a very active member of the community, having worked as a city volunteer soccer coach and with many charitable organizations. In addition, he is a member of the Contra Costa Business Council, Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce and a member of the National, State, and Local Board of Realtors. He recently served a 2yr term as a Board Director. John is also a Berkshire Hathaway Trainer - teaching, coaching, and mentoring numerous new and experienced Real Estate agents. A life-long resident of Contra Costa County, he is a father to two grown adult daughters.
